Here's Tanner when he was a foster kitten...I adopted him shortly after this picture. I'd had him several months already, since he was only 13 days old when he came to my house. When he was a couple of months old, we (the whole household) got ringworm!! It took us months to get rid of it, so he couldn't be adopted until he was all clear. Luckily, knocking as loud as I can on some wood, we haven't had it since.
Fostering was rewarding and fun, but a lot of hard work. My hat goes off to those of you who are still fostering and working with rescue groups! Thank you for all you do.
Wow, those are great pictures of Tanner with the kittens. He's so loving!ReplyDelete
Tanner is such a Mr. Mom!!! The picture of him hugging the wee little one is purrecious! Mom would love to foster, but she'd keep all of them and dad says 4 kitties is the limit. :o(ReplyDelete

Bless you for all you have done for these foster kitties! Tanner seems to be like a surrogate mother. I know my Dante has motherly instincts, too, even though he's a male. Very gentle.ReplyDelete

Such cute pictures! I bet Tanner was so good with the fosters because he knew what they were going through - although he was lucky to make you his permanent mom! What sweet pictures they all are.ReplyDelete
