Our brocolli is growing in the front yard. We don't plan on eating it, but it adds interest to the landscape. The pizza delivery lady even commented it on it recently!
We also have cabbages planted in the front and back. Again, they are mostly ornamental...
Our daffodils are growing and blooming. They popped up quickly last week during our nice warm weather. A sure sign that spring is near...
The trees are getting ready to bud too...Probably another few weeks and we'll have leaves.

The cat planter on the front porch is doing better now too. We planted these pansies in the fall. They did not do much during the winter because it was cold, but now they are enjoying a burst of growth with the warmer weather. They should last for another few months. It will eventually get too hot for them.

ReplyDeleteIt's -15C here today, no windchill. That's 5F. 5 degrees. 5 frickin' degrees out.
It is a good thing my human does not live in your area or she would be eating your broccoli and cabbage. She loves those veggies; she is also crazy!
