Mancats Sing

On Friday morning, Smokey, Tanner and Cousin Pirate all had annual vet appointments. They were packed up while Auntie was home to help me, and therefore had to wait about 20 minutes before being loaded in the car. Tanner and Pirate calmed down quickly, and just sat and waited. Smokey, not fond of being closed up, sang his heart out trying to get free.
Tanner is in the big blue carrier, Smokey is in the green at the bottom of the photo, and Pirate is in green at the top.

I was so thankful to be able to catch some of Smokey's singing...he has the cutest voice. It's almost like it never changed from being a kitten, and is still quite high. Enjoy!

  1. The mom can't listen to it right now, at the office, but will try to remember to check back later.

We hope everyone checked out just fine at the v-e-t!

  2. Princess still has her kitten voice, too. It's so sweet. Hope the VET visit was ok. Haf a great day. Purrs.

  3. Yes, I hope the visit to the vet went well for everyone...and that's the way to talk it out!

  4. Yup... good to get it all out of your system. Never was fond of going to the vet.

    pawhugs, max

  5. Awwwww Smokey!!! Awwwww you sound so lost! Awwwww!! Hope the trip to the vets went well!! Hugs to Smokey - awwwwwwwwwwwww!!!

    Take care

  6. Oh, we recognize THAT song: "The Wail of the Condemned Prisioner" from the opera "Torture Chamber"!

  7. Those were not-happy kitties! I can relate...

  8. Island Cats' mom here: Wally and Ernie were freaking out looking for "that cat" when they heard Smokey "singing!" I hope they all checked out fine!!

We love comments...meows and purrs please!
