Everyone was excited last night to prepare for the Royal Wedding taking place this morning. Devon was still in complete and utter shock that he was not invited as the ring bearer. He does have experience after all, and he believes he is royalty, what more could they ask for?
Devon shows off his fancy wedding collar and enjoys walking around the house in it...
Tanner wasn't too sure, but he was fine with it once he got on his scratcher.
Sophie couldn't sit still...afterall, this is a collar for a boy!
Smokey was the most freaked out about the collar...he is more of a commoner than Devon is, so this was not something he enjoyed.
Pirate did ok with it...he is a pretty happy-go-lucky kind of cat and just goes with the flow...
What did you do to celebrate this occasion? We thought the ceremony was beautiful and the dress was just gorgeous! Here's to the happy couple!
The mom got to see Kate walk down the aisle to meet William before she had to run to the catch the bus for work. But she watched the vows on-line on the BBC site once she got in to the office. And she watched the balcony scene via live-stream.
ReplyDeleteYes, the dress was stunning: elegant, simple, tasteful. Just beautiful.

ReplyDeleteIt was such a lovely wedding - the dress was beautiful!! Me and Charlie think Tanner, Devon, Pirate, Sophie and Smokey would have been brilliant and beautiful ring bearers too!! Yay!!!
ReplyDeleteTake care

You all look wonderful in your blue feathers. Very appropriate for the wedding... Did you have to catch the bird to make the boas?
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend.
pawhugs, Max
Well, being a Princess and living in England, I was a very important guest at the ceremony. I got to take lots of photo's with my sneaky camera. Mummy had to watch it on telly though cause she wasn't invited. Then she went to a street party which she says is great fun. I shall be continuing to party with Katy and Wills at the Palace until the small hours :)xx
ReplyDeleteYou all look divine in the fancy wedding collar! The invitations must have gotten lost in the mail.
ReplyDeleteHonestly, I am glad I did not have to dress up for the wedding! I had work to do for National Hairball Awareness Day, so I had to beg off from attending, but my human did watch it online (she, of course, was not invited!).
ReplyDeleteWe don't think we woulda liked wearing that collar either, Smokey. Our mom watched the wedding while she got ready for work. She thought it was a really beautiful ceremony...and Princess Kate was just gorgeous! We wish the new married couple all the best!
ReplyDeleteAny collars on our cats end up shredded and in tateers within a matter of minutes, but they're mostly commoners!
ReplyDeleteDevon looks especially handsome in the blue collar!
All your cats are beautiful! We've just begun our own blog at http://felinefamily.wordpress.com/ and would love you to stop by and say hello!
I hope you enjoyed the wedding..You all look smashing in your fancy outfits!!
ReplyDeletep.s. Thank you for stopping by to wish my Charlie a happy birthday :)
